Shipping

Shipping charges shown in the checkout process are estimates and are usually accurate.  Occasionally, however, the estimates are higher than actual.  In those circumstances, we change the shipping charges to the actual amount prior to charging your credit card.


UPS Pickup

Our UPS Pickup is at 4:30 pm Central Time. Most orders received by 3:30 pm Central Time go out that day.

Sales Tax

We charge Texas Sales Tax to shipping addresses in Texas. If you have a sales tax certificate for Texas, please put a note in the comments and forward a copy of your certificate to us via email or fax.

Returns

All returns must have our prior approval or no refund will be made. If you are eligible for a refund, we will provide you with a RMA [return merchandise authorization] number which you must write clearly on the box being returned. If there is an error in your shipment, call/email/fax us within 5 days of receipt of the shipment. For all other returns, call/email/fax us within 30 days. A $15.00 or 20% restocking fee [whichever is less] will be charged on these returns.

Price Considerations

Display Your Art by Glassica tries to maintain stable pricing, but unforeseen increases in our cost do occur. To keep costs low, price changes and other announcements are made via email and on our website.
